Are paddles good for beginners?
Yes, with caution. Start with a size that matches your hand and focus on technique, not power. That's the gap Vélocité's balanced sizing is built to close.
Will paddles hurt my shoulders?
Only if they're oversized or used incorrectly. Vélocité is sized close to your hand for safe loading. New to paddles or shoulder-sensitive? Start with XS and shorter sets.
Snorkel or paddles: which first?
Both work well together. The snorkel stabilises your body position; the paddles sharpen your catch and pull. Combined as the Performance Bundle, they work as a complete technique system.
How fast is shipping?
